October 2017 Day by Day

So, October is where I kickstart this whole being comfortable in my own skin thing.

I have gut issues.  I've had them for years.

So, I am about to take a plunge into using Plexus products.  You know this stuff is sold through friends, so I have a friend who has eight kids, and she has been using this stuff for years--I've watched her on social media.  I'm going to try it.

Here's the recommended schedule--I thought it would be easier to start on the first of the month so that I can remember what day I'm on (getting old).  (Schedule sent to me by my friend.)



Today, I drank the pink drink (Slim).  And cleaned up two kids' worth of vomit.  That counts as exercise, right?  Bending and scrubbing, etc.  I did rack up 5000 steps on my Garmin, and that's high for a weekend.
